1/ Initial introduction is a 30min face to face or online 'getting to know you' session, without obligation or charge.
    This initial introduction allows all parties to decide if they wish to proceed.

2/ Coaching & Mentoring sessions thereafter are 1hr in duration and cost £75.00/hr.

3/ Sessions are held online, face to face, or a mix of both according to client need and location.

4/ Sessions are booked in batches of x3 and paid in advance.
