The practice is led by Mark whose early background is in manufacturing, sales, and merchant banking. In 1997 Mark discovered his passion was working with people. He qualified with an MSc in Organisation Consulting at Hult Ashridge (2000), The London School of Psychotherapy & Counselling (2002) and he became a British Psychological Society level II+ member (2003).

Over the last 23 years Mark has worked with commercial clients in 26 countries. He has been contracted by some of the world’s leading businesses and delivered many thousands of hours consulting, coaching, mentoring and advisory work with Executives of diverse background and culture.
